Return & Refund Policy
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but in accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hair care products unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
If you wish to return your faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product for a refund, you must inform us by email within 15 days of receipt of your order and return the unused products to place of original purchase as soon as possible, in the same conditions supplied, in original packaging. Packaging must be unopened and unused.
Email to: products.orders@kozmacurl.com please include where and when you purchased your product along with purchase receipt. A customer service agent will respond to you. If your return is approved, you will be sent a confirmation for return authorization via e-mail.
If you bought your product online, you will pay and arrange for return shipping. Please note original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please pack your return in the box as originally packed to prevent damage during shipping. Include a printed copy of your return authorization email and receipt inside the package. We strongly suggest that you send your package using a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number. Kozma Curl is not responsible for items that are returned to us damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item you purchased from Kozma Curl that qualified for a Gift with Purchase or as part of a Buy 2 Get 1 Free Offer, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, your account will be charged for its value. The same will apply for items purchased as a multi item pack and should be returned as a whole set. Please note, the money back guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
Kozma Curl reserves the right to verify your information and require a valid proof of purchase. Kozma Curl reserves the right to deny any return requests in its discretion including but not limited to used products, products not in its original purchased condition or does not meet the above stated conditions of our return policy.

Products purchased from any of our salon or retail partners must be returned to the same place of purchase.

When your order arrives, please inspect the merchandise for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping box/container to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, and has rendered it unusable, please contact us immediately at products.orders@kozmacurl.com with a picture of the damage and your order number.
Can I return my online order to a salon or authorized retailer?
No. Products must be returned to the destination of origin. If you bought a product in the salon, it must be returned to that salon. If you bought a product online, it must be returned online by following the return instructions. If you bought a product from an authorized retailer, it must be returned to that specific authorized retailer.
