Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at the time of checkout.

To see if service is available in your region, simply add the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and click the “International Checkout” button. There you will be able to select your destination country from a drop down menu.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs may vary based on weight and order size, destination country, shipping preference, and duties and taxes collected by your government. These are determined at the checkout process. To view shipping costs for your order, please add what you'd like to purchase to your cart, then select “International Shipping” in the shopping cart and select your destination country.
Please note: Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?
*Please note, during high volume shopping periods, expedited (1-3 business days) shipping methods are not available.

Do you have any shipping restrictions?
We will follow all laws and any restrictions set by the U.S. Department of Transportation and all other countries air transport restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses?
We will not ship to  PO, APO, or FPO

Can you send my order to a hotel?
We suggest that you contact the hotel first, and ask them their policy regarding receiving packages and mail for hotel guests. If that is something they allow, it would be best to let them know in advance that you are expecting a delivery. Kozma Curl will not be held responsible for packages sent to a destination that is not a permanent address (hotel, air b&B, etc) where you the purchaser are not responsible for receiving the package directly.
